Burgers are what we do best

You can't beat a good burger, and a good burger is what we are here to do.  It's about time Yeovil had a specialist burger restaurant, so here we are. We've taken alot of care in every aspect of  burger production.

We've  found a farm who we think have the best meat possible. They take the upmost care for their animals. They're raised slowly, free to roam the fields and mostly eat grass. This is what makes all the difference. The farm although not officially accredited as organic, their practices and methodology in many cases is beyond organic. They have built a supply chain of local farms to produce the highest grade, ethical produce possible, good for the environment, animals and you and I.   

The mince is prepared to our own recipe using specific cuts picked for maximum flavour and texture. It is then delivered to us ready for our patties that are hand shaped ready for service. We found a brioche bun which has good shape and not too sweet. Our fresh ingredients are prepared daily and we've got some tasty sauces .
